Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager / Project Coordinator for a large-scale Solar Manufacturing Plant project in Madhya Pradesh.

The candidate should have solid experience in industrial project execution, greenfield projects, project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate overall project execution activities.
- Coordinate with clients, PMC consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate Civil, Structural, MEP, Utility, and Infrastructure activities.
- Ensure project execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project schedules and resolve execution-related challenges.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and site progress inspections.




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor manpower, resources, materials, and contractor performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety requirements.
- Coordinate technical issues and implement corrective measures.
- Support project planning, budgeting, billing coordination, and documentation.
