Core Responsibilities

- Preventive & Routine Maintenance: Plan and execute scheduled maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical panels, water supply, drainage, and civil structures.
- Reactive & Emergency Repairs: Respond quickly to campus-wide breakdowns, equipment failures, laboratory/classroom issues, and power or water outages.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Supervise third-party technical contractors and service providers for specialized repair works, verify measurements, and sign off on completion bills.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, fire safety protocols, and statutory inspections for campus facilities and heavy machinery.
- CMMS & Documentation: Track work orders, equipment history, spare parts inventory,



and maintenance logs using a Computerized Maintenance Management System.
- Budget & Resource Planning: Help estimate repair costs, draft Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and manage resource allocation for campus upgrades

Qualification:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facilities Engineering.
- Experience: Typically 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance, campus/institutional property management, or industrial plant operations.
