NOTE: This position is for our group company "Avinya Industries Pvt Ltd", located in kukatpally hyderabad .

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
- Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal, and contra entries.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, bank reconciliation statements (BRS), and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Perform GST reconciliation, input tax credit (ITC) verification, and purchase register reconciliation with GSTR-2B.
- Prepare and file TDS returns, including quarterly returns in applicable forms.
- Calculate TDS deductions and ensure timely deposit of TDS.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, bills, and other financial records.
- Assist in preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Handle vendor and customer account reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS,



and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and other departments for accounting and taxation matters.

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9.
- Valuable knowledge of GST rules, GST return filing.
- Knowledge of TDS calculation, payment, and quarterly return filing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kukatpalli, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
