About the Internship
Mannil Exim invites applications from enthusiastic students and fresh graduates for an HR Internship with a primary focus on Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
This internship is designed to provide hands-on industry exposure by involving interns in actual recruitment assignments, candidate interactions and hiring activities, particularly for NBFCs and financial services companies.
Internship Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and social media.
- Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates for available positions.
- Make initial calls to candidates and understand their job preferences.
- Coordinate interview schedules and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in preparing job postings and recruitment advertisements.
- Support the recruitment team in fulfilling client hiring requirements.
- Prepare daily and weekly internship performance reports.
Eligibility
- Students pursuing post graduation or graduates in any discipline.
- Interest in Human Resources and Recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Willingness to learn, interact with candidates and work towards targets.
