Role: Civil Site Supervisor

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Coordination: Plan and execute day-to-day construction activities on-site.
- Site Supervision: Direct work crews, subcontractors, plant operators, and heavy equipment.
- Civil Execution: Oversee roadworks, pavements, earthworks, drainage installations, and associated infrastructure works.
- Traffic & Staging Management: Coordinate operations safely around live traffic and staged construction sequences.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor productivity against project milestones and the baseline construction schedule.
- HSEQ Compliance: Enforce safety, quality control, and environmental standards across all site activities.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve site constructability challenges and technical bottlenecks promptly.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Interface directly with Site Engineers and Project Managers to keep construction moving efficiently.

Key Requirements

- Civil Experience:



Proven track record as a Site Supervisor in civil infrastructure and road construction.
- Project Delivery: Demonstrated success working on major infrastructure projects (including TMR standard roadworks, pavements, earthworks, and drainage).
- Leadership & Planning: Ability to lead field teams, manage sub-contractors, and handle daily operational planning.
- Problem Solving: Sound technical judgement to address site-level constructability issues.
- Safety & Quality Standards: Deep practical knowledge of site safety protocols, risk management, and quality control.

Pay: ₹8,900.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
