Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planning, Billing & Tendering Engineer to manage project planning, client billing, quantity verification, tender preparation, and project coordination. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, knowledge of project execution processes, and experience in preparing technical and commercial documents.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning

- Prepare and update project schedules using MS Project/Primavera.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Track project milestones and identify schedule deviations.
- Coordinate with site teams, clients, and management regarding project status.
- Assist in resource planning and deployment.

Billing

- Prepare client RA Bills and subcontractor bills.
- Verify quantities as per executed work and BOQ.
- Maintain billing records and payment tracking.
- Reconcile quantities with site measurements and drawings.
- Follow up on bill certifications and payment approvals.

Tendering

- Review tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Prepare techno-commercial bids and cost estimates.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for quotations.




- Prepare tender submissions and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
- Track tender status and maintain tender records.

Documentation & Coordination

- Prepare work orders, quotations, and contractual correspondence.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Attend project meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
- Assist in contract administration and variation claims.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Planning, Billing, and Tendering.
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, mining, blasting, or industrial projects preferred.

- Robust communication and report-writing skills
- Knowledge of contract management and project controls

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
