Position: Medical Officer

Qualification: MBBS / BAMS or equivalent, as applicable

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and competent Medical Officer to provide medical care to patients, monitor their clinical condition, and support the hospital's emergency and inpatient services.

Key Responsibilities

- Examine and assess patients and take detailed medical history.
- Monitor patients' clinical condition and provide appropriate medical management.
- Attend to Emergency and ICU patients as required.
- Perform initial assessment and stabilization of emergency cases.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate with consultants/specialists.
- Conduct regular rounds of admitted patients and monitor their progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records and documentation.
- Review investigation reports and communicate relevant findings to the treating consultant.
- Ensure timely implementation of doctors' orders and treatment plans.
- Monitor vital signs and identify any deterioration in the patient's condition.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for effective patient care.




- Ensure proper handover of patients and significant clinical information between shifts.
- Follow hospital policies, infection-control protocols, and patient-safety standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Prepare and maintain necessary clinical documentation, including admission, progress, and discharge-related records.
- Provide appropriate first-line management and escalate cases to the concerned consultant whenever required.

- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff.
- Good knowledge of emergency management and basic life-support protocols.
- Strong documentation and patient-management skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Emergency, ICU, Ward, or Hospital/Clinical settings will be preferred.

Salary: Depends on qualification, experience, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
