Summary:

UST is looking for Mechanical Design Engineer

The Opportunity:

Looking for technically skilled Mechanical design Engineers with Vaccum, Wafer design.

What you need:

Mechanical design with Vaccum, Wafer design

Typical Responsibilities:

- Semiconductor system , Module & Component Design, precision mechanism, automation systems and tooling.
- Strong engineering fundamentals & Methods: GD&T; (ASME), tolerance stack‑ups, FMECA, vacuum mechanics, Strength of Materials, Kinematics, Heat and Mass transfer , Design calculations,
- Product development process, Requirement engineering, Product life cycle / PDM process , change management, configuration management process
- Proficiency in CAD tools: UG NX & Teamcenter, CREO/Windchill, AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes: Sheetmetal, machining, fabrication and surface finish.
- Understanding of FEA principles (linear static, thermal).
- Strong knowledge of materials used in precision machinery and semiconductor domains (metals, ceramics, composites).
- Basics of PLC, sensors, IO integration (non‑programming)
- Pneumatics, hydraulics, motion systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skill
