BoneBuddy is a technology-enabled healthcare platform focused on providing home-based physiotherapy and post-surgical rehabilitation services. We connect patients with qualified physiotherapists and enable doctors to monitor patient recovery through regular progress reports and video updates.

Job Responsibilities

- Visit Orthopaedic Surgeons, Hospitals, Clinics and Physiotherapy Centres to promote BoneBuddy services.
- Generate new business leads and develop strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Explain BoneBuddy's services, packages and benefits to doctors and hospital management.
- Convert doctor referrals and potential business leads into paying customers.
- Build and maintain a solid network of healthcare professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand BoneBuddy's presence across Mumbai.
- Follow up regularly with doctors, patients and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain daily sales reports, client databases and follow-up records.




- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth patient onboarding.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with doctors and hospital management.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and willing to travel across Mumbai.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Compensation

- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000–₹30,000 per month (depending on experience).
