Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with 2 years of experience in property sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, conducting site visits, and converting inquiries into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, referrals, online portals, and other sales channels.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and available amenities.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits for potential buyers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.




- Maintain customer databases, lead status, and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential projects.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.
- Customer-focused approach with robust follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of Bengaluru real estate markets will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for property site visits and customer meetings.
