Aditya Gaur & Associates is a Faridabad-based legal practice handling criminal law, family & matrimonial matters, property & RERA disputes, corporate & commercial law, cheque bounce & debt recovery, and civil litigation, with appearances before District Courts, High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.

Responsibilities

- Legal research on case laws, statutes, and precedents
- Drafting of petitions, applications, notices and pleadings under supervision
- Assisting in preparing case briefs and hearing summaries
- Court visits — accompanying for hearings, filings and case tracking
- Maintaining case files, documentation and client records
- Assisting with client meetings and basic correspondence

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed LL.B. (3-year or 5-year program)
- Robust written and verbal communication (English + Hindi)




- Basic understanding of CrPC, CPC, and Indian legal procedure
- Willingness to visit courts and handle fieldwork
- Punctual, discreet, and able to handle confidential matters responsibly
