About BK Nexus Enterprises

BK Nexus Enterprises is expanding its recruitment and staffing operations to establish partnerships with companies, recruitment agencies, staffing firms, manpower suppliers, and corporate organizations.

We are looking for result-oriented professionals who can develop business opportunities, establish corporate partnerships, and empanel recruitment vendors to support manpower requirements across multiple industries.

We have openings for the following positions.

Position 1: Manpower Business Development Executive (BDE)

Work Mode: Warangal / Remote

Salary: Fixed monthly salary + performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach companies requiring recruitment, staffing, and manpower supply services.

- Develop business relationships with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Teams, Recruitment Heads, and corporate decision-makers.

- Generate new business opportunities for blue-collar, white-collar, IT, non-IT,



and bulk recruitment requirements.

- Contact manufacturing companies, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, IT firms, warehouses, logistics companies, and other industries.

- Schedule business meetings and discuss recruitment partnerships and staffing requirements.

- Present BK Nexus Enterprises' recruitment and staffing services to potential clients.

- Follow up on business proposals, commercial terms, service agreements, and recruitment requirements.

- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to fulfil confirmed hiring requirements.

- Maintain client databases, business development reports, and follow-up records.

- Work towards monthly business development and client acquisition targets.

Required Skills

- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to approach corporate clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and qualified networks.

- Understanding of recruitment, staffing, and manpower supply is an advantage.

- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into business partnerships.

- Experience in B2B sales, HR services, staffing, or recruitment business development is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
