Job Description: GNM Staff Nurse

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and qualified GNM Staff Nurse to provide quality nursing care, monitor patients' health conditions, administer prescribed medications, and support doctors in delivering effective treatment. The candidate should demonstrate strong clinical skills, professionalism, and a commitment to patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care to patients according to doctors' instructions and established clinical protocols.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with hospital policies.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and treatment documentation.
- Observe patients' conditions and promptly report changes to the treating doctor.




- Maintain hygiene, infection-control practices, and patient-safety standards.
- Educate patients and their families about care instructions and prescribed treatment.
- Ensure proper handling of nursing equipment and maintenance of ward supplies.
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and other nursing staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Follow hospital policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality requirements.
