Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic F&B; Associate to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them as per hotel standards.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation of the outlet.
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and service.
- Handle guest queries and requests promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in buffet setup, events, banquets, and other F&B; operations when required.
- Follow all hotel SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.




- Support the team in maintaining a positive and professional working environment.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work versatile shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Smart, well-groomed, energetic, and service-oriented.
