*Job Title: Back Office Executive / Procurement Coordinator*

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a proactive and organized Back Office Executive to handle vendor coordination and MD office tasks. The candidate will be responsible for following up on enquiries, getting prices from vendors, and completing day-to-day operational tasks.

*Roles & Responsibilities:*

1. Receive enquiries and vendor details from the management team.

2. Contact vendors over phone / email and get the best price quotations.

3. Follow up with vendors for quotes, availability, and delivery timelines.

4. Prepare comparison statements and share reports with management.

5. Coordinate with the internal team for procurement and documentation.

6.



Complete tasks assigned by the MD on a daily basis.

7. Maintain vendor database, price list, and enquiry tracker in Excel.

8. Ensure timely closure of assigned tasks.

*Required Skills:*

- Good communication skills in English & Tamil (Hindi is a plus)

- Positive convincing and negotiation skills over the phone

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Email handling

- Able to handle multiple tasks and follow up regularly

- Organized, punctual, and responsible

*Qualification:* Any Graduate / Diploma

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
