We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join the leadership team of a reputed five-star hotel in Salem, Tamil Nadu.

This is an exciting chance for a hospitality professional who believes that exceptional guest experiences begin with empowered, well-trained, and motivated team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify training needs through guest feedback (GRI/GSS), brand audits, and operational performance.
- Develop and implement effective monthly training calendars and learning strategies.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Graduation or Diploma in Hospitality Management or Human Resources.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development or hotel operations,



preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Strong understanding of hospitality training, service excellence, and guest experience standards.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in English and the local language.
