Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed quantity estimates from architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare BOQs for civil, RCC, plumbing, electrical and finishing works.
- Perform quantity take-offs and material calculations.
- Prepare item-wise rate analysis and project cost estimates.
- Prepare client quotations and tender estimates.
- Obtain and compare vendor and subcontractor quotations.
- Maintain project-wise estimation and cost records.

Required Skills:

- Valuable knowledge of construction estimation and BOQ preparation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of rate analysis and construction materials.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Experience in residential and commercial projects.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
