Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and commercially driven Creative Manager to lead our e-commerce creative strategy for fashion brands. The candidate should have solid experience in fashion product presentation, digital creatives, campaign concepts, brand communication and conversion-focused visual storytelling.

The ideal candidate must understand how creative content impacts customer engagement, brand positioning and online sales across marketplaces and D2C platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-commerce Creative Strategy

- Develop and execute creative strategies for Myntra, Amazon, Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
- Plan creative campaigns to improve product visibility, customer engagement and conversions.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and visual communication across all digital platforms.
- Develop creative concepts for seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotional events.

2. Product Photography & Visual Merchandising

- Plan and manage fashion product photoshoots, model shoots, catalogue shoots and campaign shoots.
- Ensure high-quality product images, banners, thumbnails and product listing creatives.
- Guide photographers, graphic designers, video editors and external creative agencies.
- Maintain visual consistency across product catalogues and online stores.

3. Campaigns & Brand Communication

- Develop creative concepts for festive campaigns, sale events and new collection launches.
- Work on fashion storytelling, mood boards, creative references and campaign themes.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns, brand collaborations and promotional creatives.
- Ensure all creative assets align with brand positioning and target audiences.

4. Team Management & Execution

- Lead and manage the creative team,



including graphic designers, photographers and video editors.
- Allocate tasks, monitor timelines and ensure timely delivery of creatives.
- Review and approve creative outputs before publishing.
- Coordinate with E-commerce, Marketing, Performance Marketing and Product teams.

5. Performance & Creative Optimisation

- Analyse creative performance through CTR, engagement, conversion rates and ROAS in coordination with the performance marketing team.
- Identify winning creative formats and improve underperforming creatives.
- Develop A/B testing concepts for banners, advertisements and product creatives.
- Use customer insights and market trends to improve creative effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–7 years of experience in creative management, preferably in fashion, apparel, lifestyle or D2C e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of fashion photography, styling, graphic design and digital content.
- Experience handling Myntra, Amazon, Shopify and other e-commerce creative requirements.
- Good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma or similar creative tools.
- Understanding of video content, reels, motion graphics and digital advertising creatives.
- Strong leadership, communication and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience working with fashion, apparel, beauty or lifestyle brands.
- Strong creative portfolio showcasing product campaigns, catalogue shoots, digital ads and brand campaigns.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to connect creative ideas with business growth.
- Hands-on experience managing creative teams and external agencies.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
