Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per doctor’s instructions
- Monitor vital signs, patient condition, and maintain accurate nursing records
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments safely
- Assist gynaecologists and medical teams during examinations and procedures
- Prepare patients for procedures, surgeries, and discharge
- Maintain hygiene, infection-control practices, and patient safety standards




- Provide counselling and emotional support to patients and attendants
- Coordinate with doctors, ward staff, and other departments
- Follow hospital protocols, documentation standards, and shift duties

Qualification & Requirements

- ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification
- Valid nursing registration preferred
- Prior experience in gynaecology, obstetrics, IVF, OT, or women’s hospital is preferred
- Freshers with strong clinical knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
- Willingness to work rotational shifts as per hospital requirements
