- CandleSkill is an emerging EdTech company based in Noida, offering expert-led learning programmes and digital education solutions. We are expanding our publishing team and looking for a skilled DTP Operator to design high-quality educational books, workbooks, and study materials.

Role Overview

- The DTP Operator will handle typesetting, page layout, formatting, and preparation of print-ready educational publications, ensuring accuracy and skilled presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and format books, workbooks, notes, and question papers.
- Handle typesetting, page layouts, text formatting, and image placement.
- Prepare print-ready PDFs and digital learning materials.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, spacing, tables, and layouts.
- Incorporate content corrections in coordination with the Academic Team.
- Ensure accuracy and timely project completion.

Essential Requirements

- Experience in DTP, typesetting, and page layout.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and CorelDRAW.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and MS Word.




- Understanding of typography, formatting, and print production.
- Ability to work with text, images, tables, and diagrams.
- Ability to use AI tools to improve workflow while independently verifying accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing educational books or academic publications.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and PDF editing tools.
- Knowledge of print specifications, margins, bleeds, and pre-press requirements.
- Experience handling multilingual content and fonts.
- Portfolio or samples of previous DTP work.
