- Experience: 2–3 years in a relevant field
- Robust technical knowledge and leadership skills
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily workshop operations and workflow.
- Manage and guide the service team.
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain workshop records, inventory and performance.
- Coordinate with spare parts and other departments.
