Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
Employment: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records.
* Handle sales, purchase, receipts and payment entries.
* Manage cash, bank and daily transaction reconciliation.
* Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
* Maintain branch-wise accounts and financial records.
* Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
* Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain ageing reports.
* Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.
* Prepare monthly financial reports and management statements.
* Coordinate with branches, management, suppliers and customers regarding accounts.
* Verify expenses and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
* Maintain proper filing of financial and tax-related documents.
* Assist management with budgets, expense tracking and financial analysis.
* Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and timely completion of accounting work.
Skills Required
* Good knowledge of Tally / accounting software.
* Working knowledge of MS Excel.
* Basic knowledge of GST & TDS.
* Good numerical and analytical skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple branch accounts.
* Positive communication and coordination skills.
* Honest, organized and responsible approach to work.
⭐ Preferred Candidate
Someone who can independently manage daily accounting operations, coordinate with multiple branches and provide accurate financial information to management on time.
