HR Executive – Recruitment

Jeronone Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and motivated HR Executive – Recruitment to join our team in Mohali.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closing positions—preferably within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with department heads and management.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and experience.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Schedule interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage offer discussions, offer letters, joining formalities, and candidate documentation.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a strong database and pipeline of potential candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare regular hiring reports.




- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with onboarding and other HR activities as required.

Requirements

- Experience: 3–4 years in HR and Recruitment.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience in IT recruitment will be preferred.
- Valuable understanding of sourcing platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
