Job Title: IBM Mainframe Trainer

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable IBM Mainframe Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training to students and working professionals. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in IBM Mainframe technologies, COBOL programming, JCL, DB2, CICS, and mainframe application development.

The trainer should be capable of explaining mainframe concepts through practical demonstrations, real-time project scenarios, hands-on assignments, and industry-based examples.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct IBM Mainframe training sessions for students and working professionals.
- Deliver practical and hands-on training on mainframe technologies.
- Train students on COBOL programming and application development.
- Explain JCL (Job Control Language) and batch processing.
- Cover DB2 database concepts and SQL queries.
- Provide training on CICS transaction processing.
- Explain VSAM datasets and file management.
- Cover TSO/ISPF commands and utilities.
- Train students on mainframe utilities and debugging techniques.
- Explain batch processing and online transaction processing.
- Provide real-time project scenarios and practical assignments.
- Guide students on mainframe application maintenance and troubleshooting.




- Prepare students for technical interviews and job placements.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of IBM Mainframe architecture.
- Hands-on experience in COBOL programming.
- Good knowledge of JCL and job scheduling.
- Experience with DB2 and SQL.
- Knowledge of CICS and VSAM.
- Familiarity with TSO/ISPF.
- Knowledge of mainframe utilities such as SORT, IDCAMS, and IEBGENER.
- Understanding of batch processing and online processing.
- Knowledge of mainframe debugging and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to production support and application maintenance.

Eligibility & Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in IBM Mainframe technologies.
- Real-time project experience in mainframe development or support.
- Previous training or teaching experience is an added advantage.
- Candidates with COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS experience are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong practical knowledge of IBM Mainframe technologies.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Experience in delivering classroom and online training.
- Ability to provide real-time project-based training.
- Good mentoring and student-handling skills.

Pay: ₹9,300.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
