About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Associate to join our team. You will help us collaborate with influencers and content creators to grow our brand presence, create engaging content, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and shortlist relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram and YouTube.
- Reach out to influencers and negotiate commercials and deliverables.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations from onboarding to content delivery.
- Manage influencer briefs, contracts, product shipments, and campaign timelines.
- Follow up on content creation, approvals, and posting schedules.
- Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers.
- Research trending creators,



content formats, and competitor campaigns.
- Maintain influencer databases and campaign performance reports.

Requirements

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends.
- Interest in influencer marketing, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Valuable coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel.
- Freshers with a strong interest in influencer marketing are welcome.
