Job Title: Consultant Dermatologist

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consultant Dermatologist to join our dynamic skin clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert dermatological consultations to clients and recommending suitable treatments, with a focus on promoting and cross-selling various services offered by the clinic. In addition to consultation, the consultant dermatologist will perform cosmetic procedures such as hydra facials, facials, waxing, acne treatments, and other related services.

Responsibilities:

Dermatological Consultations:Conduct thorough dermatological consultations to assess clients' skin concerns and conditions.
Provide expert advice on skincare routines, lifestyle changes, and recommend appropriate treatments.

Sales and Cross-Selling:Possess strong sales acumen to effectively cross-sell and upsell clinic services and products.
Educate clients on the perks of various treatments and packages offered by the clinic.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote new services and special offers.

Procedure Execution:Perform cosmetic procedures such as hydra facials, facials, waxing, acne treatments, and other dermatological services.
Ensure the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and patient comfort during procedures.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in dermatology to offer cutting-edge treatments.

Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.




Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any post-treatment concerns.

Documentation and Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client consultations, treatments, and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinic protocols.

Collaboration with Clinic Staff:Collaborate with other clinic staff, including aestheticians and support staff, to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinic services.

Requirements:

- Medical degree with specialization in dermatology.
- Board certification and relevant licenses to practice.
- Proven experience as a consultant dermatologist with expertise in cosmetic dermatology.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Ability to perform cosmetic procedures with precision.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and advancements.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
