Job Summary

Yash Seals is looking for a hands-on Industrial Automation Engineer to design, develop, program, and commission automated machines for security seal manufacturing. The role involves PLC-based automation, special-purpose machines (SPMs), assembly, numbering, inspection, and machine vision systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and commission semi-automatic and fully automatic machines.
- Program PLCs and HMIs using Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, or similar platforms.
- Integrate sensors, pneumatics, servos, VFDs, and machine vision systems.
- Automate product assembly, serial numbering, barcode/QR code marking, and inspection.
- Implement quality checks, reject mechanisms, and production traceability.
- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and improve production efficiency.
- Prepare electrical drawings,



PLC documentation, and machine maintenance records.

Required Qualifications

- BE/BTech or Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 4–8 years of hands-on industrial automation experience in manufacturing or SPM development.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, HMI, pneumatics, sensors, and motion control.
- Experience in designing and commissioning automation systems from concept to production.
- Ability to work hands-on on the factory floor.

Preferred Skills

Machine vision (Keyence/Cognex/Omron), laser marking, robotics, RFID, and machine data connectivity.
