About the Role
Finnable is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented KYC Verification Associate to handle customer verification, outbound calls, document validation, and compliance-related activities. The role involves ensuring accurate customer information and timely completion of verification cases as per company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end KYC verification and validate customer documents.
- Make outbound calls to customers for information verification and clarification.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Update customer details and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
- Ensure compliance with KYC guidelines, internal policies, and data confidentiality requirements.
- Complete verification cases within defined turnaround times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong Hindi and English communication skills are mandatory.
- Professional English proficiency and conversational Hindi proficiency.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and analytical skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work on weekends and in a target-driven environment.
Work Schedule
- Weekend availability is mandatory (Saturday and Sunday).
- Weekly offs will be provided on rotational weekdays.
