Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 1–3 years of experience to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, and transactions. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, financial documentation, and accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily financial transactions and accounting records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Manage daily bookkeeping and ledger entries.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding financial and accounting matters.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in US shift timings (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM).
