There is no fixed monthly stipend. Candidates can earn incentives based on the quality and results of the leads generated through their efforts.

How the incentive process works:

- The primary responsibility of a Digital Marketing Intern is to generate genuine and relevant business leads for the company.
- Leads must be relevant to the company's digital marketing services and business requirements.
- If a candidate generates a genuine lead that receives a positive response from the client or successfully converts into a sale, the candidate will be eligible for a per-lead incentive.
- Incentives will depend on lead quality, performance, and successful business outcomes.
- Leads will be reviewed and verified by the company before incentive approval.
- The incentive amount and payment terms will be communicated by the company before the candidate starts the assignment.

Important: Lead generation is an important responsibility of this role. Candidates will be evaluated based on their genuine efforts, lead quality, consistency, and overall performance.
