Tool Maker – Progressive Die (0–15 Years Experience)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manufacture, assemble, and maintain progressive stamping dies.
- Perform fitting, grinding, drilling, milling, and machining operations.
- Work on punches, dies, strippers, pilots, and guide components.
- Read and interpret tool drawings and dimensions.
- Perform die assembly, alignment, and adjustments.
- Conduct die trials and troubleshoot stamping issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Identify and correct tool-related quality issues.
- Ensure proper clearances, accuracy, and surface finish.
- Maintain tool room safety and 5S standards.

Experience Levels:

- 0–2 Years: Basic fitting, grinding, drilling, and tool assembly.
- 3–5 Years: Progressive die assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- 6–10 Years: Die development, tryout, modifications, and problem-solving.
- 11–15 Years: Advanced tool making, die design understanding, process improvement, and team guidance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
