Responsibilities: The advert points to as a Project Manager, you is expected to cover the day-to-day running of a vibrant programme of recovery and wellbeing support for people with severe and enduring mental health problems; provided through one-to-one goal planning, personalised interventions, recovery college sessions, peer support and co-produced social groups, This role is responsible for both Hub based support as well as community delivery by a dedicated team of Recovery Navigators and volunteers, The post holder will ensure that the Hubs and community sessions offer a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere and that staff are skilled in promoting recovery and positive engagement, and provide a responsive, safe and person-centred service, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
