As a Lead Engineer - IBM Sterling Integrator, you will be leading and architecting enterprise B2B integration solutions using IBM Sterling technologies. Responsibilities: -

- Design, develop, and maintain customs of PeopleSoft solutions using PeopleCode.
- Implement enhancements and modifications to existing PeopleSoft applications.
- Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom components, pages, records, menus, and business logic within PeopleSoft.
- Participate in full SDLC activities including design, development, testing, deployment, Support People Code Development.
- Develop and enhance business processes implemented through PeopleCode.
- Troubleshoot and optimize PeopleCode programs for performance and maintainability.




- Modify existing customizations and develop new custom solutions as needed.
- Support business process automation within PeopleSoft. Oracle Database and PL/SQL Development
- Design and develop PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Create complex SQL queries to support reporting, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of SQL and PL/SQL code.
- Support database-related troubleshooting and issue resolution. Accounts Receivable & Business Process Support
- Support PeopleSoft Financials applications with emphasis on Accounts Receivable functionality.

Educational Qualifications: -

- Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
