Summary:

This role involves managing and optimizing SEO/AEO tooling for LLM/AEO content and technical architecture to ensure proper indexing, citation, and visibility across traditional search engines and LLM answer engines.

Job Responsibilities:

- Run the AEO-visibility pilot and evaluate its effectiveness against Profound and BrightEdge.
- Track and correct LLM misclassification and indexing issues in collaboration with Data Science, and monitor GPTbot/OAI-SearchBot/ChatGPT-User crawl activity.
- Maintain and report the shared SEO/AEO Content scorecard, including organic traffic, LLM citation share, and category/role-page rankings.
- Partner with the Organic Content Strategy Lead to integrate the AEO content checklist into brief templates and editorial workflow.
- Manage and evolve the SEO/AEO tooling stack, making renewal, termination, and new-tool decisions annually.
- Enable AI-visibility tooling for adjacent teams to reduce dependency on contractor-led outreach.
- Own the technical SEO architecture for the blog, Resource Library,



and marketing pages in partnership with Web Experiences & Growth product.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on technical SEO experience, including schema markup, site architecture/taxonomy, crawl diagnostics, internal linking, and core web vitals.
- Working knowledge of AEO/GEO practices and how LLM answer engines crawl, index, and cite web content.
- Direct experience with SEO/AI-visibility tooling such as BrightEdge, Profound, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog, including vendor management and budget decisions.
- Ability to analyze bot/crawler-level traffic data to diagnose visibility issues.
- Experience partnering with Data Science/engineering teams to resolve indexing or classification errors affecting LLM citations.
- Robust cross-functional collaboration skills to co-own a shared roadmap and scorecard with a content-strategy counterpart.

Education & Qualifications:

Relevant educational background and qualifications in SEO or related fields are preferred.
