We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sale Counsellor to join our immigration firm The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding potential clients through the immigration process, providing expert advice, and helping them achieve their immigration goals.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their immigration needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct consultations to assess client eligibility for various immigration programs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and policies to provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and clients through calls and emails to ensure engagement and conversion.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients explaining the benefits of our services.
- Work collaboratively with the legal team to ensure compliance and accuracy in submissions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and stay updated on immigration laws.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills to address client concerns and provide solutions.
