Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Book qualified meetings and drive closures.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Manage and update CRM and sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and delivery support.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn B2B sales processes.
- Interest in HRTech, Background Verification (BGV), SaaS, or related industries would be an added advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact with clients professionally and manage follow-ups effectively.
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and relationship management skills.
