Job Description

I&D; Hospital Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and highly mobile Business Development Executive to expand its hospital services business across Tamil Nadu.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting hospitals, nursing homes and healthcare institutions across the state, developing relationships with hospital management, identifying business opportunities and generating new clients for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, nursing homes and healthcare institutions across Tamil Nadu.
- Conduct regular field visits and meet hospital owners, directors, administrators and key decision-makers.
- Promote I&D; Hospital Solution's services, including Hospital Empanelment, Insurance & TPA Tie-ups, CGHS, ECHS, Ayushman Bharat, NABH Accreditation Assistance, Cashless Desk Management, Hospital Marketing and other healthcare solutions.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective hospital clients.
- Generate leads, schedule meetings, conduct presentations, follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into business.
- Negotiate commercial terms and drive business closures.
- Coordinate with the internal team for proposals, documentation, client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain regular reporting of hospital visits, leads generated, follow-ups and business conversions.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Experience in hospital sales, healthcare business development, pharmaceutical sales, medical equipment sales or healthcare services will be preferred.
- Excellent communication,



negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to independently generate and close business.
- Must be willing to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu, covering major healthcare and commercial centres, including:
- Chennai
- Coimbatore
- Madurai
- Tiruchirappalli (Trichy)
- Salem
- Tirunelveli
- Vellore
- Erode and other important healthcare markets.
- Must be comfortable with frequent intercity travel and overnight stays whenever required.
- Knowledge of Tamil and English will be preferred.

SIGNIFICANT – MOBILITY IS MANDATORY

This is a statewide field-based business development role covering the entire state of Tamil Nadu.

The candidate may be based in any strategically convenient city but must be willing to travel across Tamil Nadu as per business requirements.

The primary focus will be on developing hospital networks and generating business across Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Salem, Vellore and other important healthcare belts.

Candidates who prefer working only in one city or are unwilling to undertake regular intercity travel should not apply.

Compensation & Work Schedule:

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Working Days: 6 days a week.
- Job Type: Full-time.
- Role: Field Sales & Business Development.
