We are hiring 3 Nursing Incharges with robust clinical knowledge, leadership skills and a commitment to safe, compassionate patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise nursing services and daily operations of the assigned ward or unit.
- Prepare duty rosters, allocate responsibilities and ensure effective shift handovers.
- Monitor patient care, medication safety and nursing documentation.
- Ensure adherence to infection control practices, patient safety protocols and hospital policies.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for timely patient care.
- Train, mentor and assess nursing staff.
- Participate in nursing audits, quality improvement activities and NABH compliance.
- Maintain emergency readiness and availability of essential equipment and supplies.
- Address patient concerns and promptly escalate clinical or operational issues.

Qualifications & Experience

- GNM / B.Sc.



Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognised institution.
- Valid Nursing Council registration.
- 5–15 years of nursing experience, preferably with experience as a Nursing Incharge, Supervisor or Team Leader.
- Strong communication, clinical judgement and team-management skills.
- Knowledge of NABH standards, infection control and patient safety.
- Experience in a multispeciality or super speciality hospital preferred.
