What You Can Expect: Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the Air Freight business strategy in line with the company’s overall objectives.
• Drive revenue, volume, profitability, and market-share growth for the Air Freight business.
• Lead and manage the Air Freight team across relevant locations/functions.
• Develop strong relationships with key customers, airlines, overseas partners, and other stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and industry developments.
• Ensure effective coordination between Sales, Operations, and other internal functions.
• Drive operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage business budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for the Air Freight business and take corrective actions where required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies,



regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the team to build a strong and high-performing organization. What You Bring: Requirements
• 15+ years of relevant experience in managing Air Freight operations and teams.
• Solid expertise in both Air Export and Air Import.
• Proven track record of leading Air Freight business operations and teams at a senior management level.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development and P&L; management.
• Well-established network across customers, airlines, and key industry stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in driving business growth and leading large, high-performing teams.
