The MIS Executive will be responsible for designing, generating, and maintaining management information reports that drive operational efficiency within the CLM Domestic BFSI back‑office. You will work closely with Customer Care Executives to translate customer interactions into actionable data insights, monitor service level agreements, and support decision‑making for senior leadership. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with reporting tools, and a solid understanding of BFSI processes. Responsibilities
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for BFSI back‑office metrics.
• Analyze transaction data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain data integrity in reporting tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau.
• Coordinate with Customer Care Executives to capture and incorporate customer feedback into reports.
• Resolve data discrepancies and respond to internal stakeholder queries promptly.
• Develop and automate dashboards for real‑time performance monitoring.
• Support SLA tracking and ensure compliance with CLM Domestic BFSI standards.




• Conduct root‑cause analysis of service issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Train back‑office staff on MIS tools and reporting procedures.
• Prepare presentations for senior management summarizing key insights. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or back‑office operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, macros) and data visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau).
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with CCEs and senior management.
• Knowledge of BFSI processes and CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management) concepts.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with SQL or database querying is a plus.
• Problem‑solving orientation and customer‑centric attitude.
