What You Can Expect:

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day Air Freight operations, covering both Air Export and Air Import.
• Lead and supervise the Air Freight team to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments.
• Drive revenue, shipment volumes, customer retention, and business growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, airlines, overseas agents, and other stakeholders.
• Identify recent business opportunities and support the Sales team in customer acquisition.
• Ensure competitive pricing, cost control, and healthy margins.
• Resolve customer and operational escalations effectively and ensure timely closure. What You Bring: Key Requirements
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in Air Freight/Freight Forwarding.
• Strong hands-on experience in Air Export and Air Import.
• Proven experience in managing Air Freight operations and teams.
• Good understanding of Air Freight pricing, documentation, processes, and customer requirements.
• Strong commercial and business development orientation.
