• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on clinical experience in a hospital setting.
• Proven expertise in managing outpatient department (OPD) operations and patient flow.
• Demonstrated proficiency in critical care medicine and ICU management protocols.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure effective information exchange within the medical team.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to dynamic clinical situations.
