External – MEP/structural/facade consultants, PMC/GC, labs, vendors and authorities 12 Deliverables / Responsible for (results) 1. Review and approve structural schemes for efficiency, buildability and constructability (systems, spans, grids). 2. Conduct in-house peer review of DBR, geotechnical reports, analysis models, design calculations and reinforcement detailing. 3. Review GFC structural drawings and ensure compliance with applicable codes and project standards. 4. Coordinate with Arch/MEP/BIM teams on openings, shafts, loads, embedments and interface resolution. 5. Support value engineering by evaluating alternates and quantifying impacts on cost, time and performance. 6. Manage structural consultants/vendors: selection, onboarding, deliverable SLAs and performance reviews. 7. Support site execution through review of key shop drawings, RFIs, deviations and major NCR closures. 8.
