• Manage and expand a portfolio of high-growth corporate clients to drive revenue and market share.
• Proactively acquire current-to-bank business clients through strategic prospecting and industry networking.
• Analyze client business models to structure tailored financial solutions, including trade, cash management, and treasury services.
• Partner with product specialists to deliver comprehensive digital and financial suites to clients.
• Conduct thorough credit evaluations and prepare structured credit proposals.




• Monitor portfolio performance to mitigate credit risks and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in corporate relationship management or business banking.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial structuring, and commercial banking products.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve business targets and build long-term client relationships.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
