Our vision is simple: To make travel a lifestyle for today's youth, one adventure at a time. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will engage with potential customers, understand their travel preferences, and convert inquiries into bookings for OG Adventures experiences. Daily responsibilities include managing leads through calls, messages, and social media, presenting trip packages, and maintaining strong relationships with recent and repeat clients. The role also involves coordinating with operations and marketing teams to ensure accurate information,



timely follow-ups, and high customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will track sales performance, provide feedback on customer needs, and actively contribute to revenue growth and brand reputation. Qualifications
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Customer service and relationship-building skills, with a friendly and professional communication style.
• Basic knowledge of travel and hospitality, with interest in experiential and youth-focused travel.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; Hindi or additional languages are an advantage.
• Comfort with using phones, email, CRM tools, and social media for outreach and follow-up.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage time effectively, and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Previous experience in sales, travel, hospitality, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related discipline is beneficial.
