Role Description The SAP Specialist is a full time remote role responsible for supporting and optimizing SAP solutions, with a primary focus on SAP FICO and master data management. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, configuring and maintaining SAP modules, and ensuring data integrity across systems. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify process improvements, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting implementations, upgrades, and integrations. The SAP Specialist also provides end-user training, creates functional documentation,



and works closely with consulting and technical teams to deliver reliable, efficient SAP-based solutions. Qualifications
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and design, with the ability to translate operational needs into SAP solutions.
• Proficiency in SAP FICO, including configuration, testing, and support for financial and controlling processes.
• Solid analytical skills with experience in problem-solving, data interpretation, and performance optimization.
• Experience with SAP master data management, including setup, maintenance, governance, and data quality control.
• Background in consulting or client-facing roles, with the ability to manage requirements, communicate effectively, and build trusted relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with other SAP modules and integrations is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Relevant SAP certifications and prior experience in offshore or distributed teams are beneficial.
