• Gandimaisamma / Kompally ? Salary Package: ₹4 LPA – ₹6 LPA

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute outdoor marketing activities to enhance school visibility and brand awareness.
• Conduct field marketing activities, including apartment activations, society campaigns, roadshows, and promotional events.
• Organise and coordinate BTL activities, including kiosks, banners, standees, pamphlet distribution, and local promotions.
• Build relationships with apartment associations, resident welfare associations (RWAs), corporates, preschools, and local communities.
• Identify potential admission leads through ground-level marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate school events, education fairs, open houses, and admission campaigns.
• Manage local branding, outdoor advertising, and promotional activities.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market mapping to identify potential admission catchment areas.
• Work closely with the admissions team to generate enquiries and drive admission conversions.




• Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, and marketing ROI.
• Manage marketing vendors, agencies, and promotional budgets. Candidate Profile:
• 3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education, real estate, retail, or FMCG.
• Strong exposure to outdoor marketing, field marketing, and BTL activities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently manage on-ground marketing campaigns.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned location and surrounding areas.
