Role Description The Senior Human Resources Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, focused on managing and enhancing core HR processes for a growing technology organization. In this role, the specialist will oversee HR operations including recruitment support, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, performance management coordination, and HR documentation. Daily responsibilities include interpreting and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits and personnel records, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. The specialist will collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies, drive engagement initiatives, support talent retention, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices.



This position requires at least 8+ years of relevant HR experience and the ability to work independently while partnering effectively with cross-functional teams. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Recruitment, Management, with demonstrated experience in leading HR operations in a mid
- to large-size organization.
• Proficiency in developing, implementing, and updating HR Policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational guidelines.
• Experience managing Employee Benefits programs, including compensation structures, leave policies, and statutory benefits administration.
• Effective Personnel Management skills, including handling employee relations, conflict resolution, performance review coordination, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably within IT or technology-driven companies, with exposure to senior-level HR responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (professional HR certifications are an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of Indian employment laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in HR governance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS tools and MS Office, and comfort working with data and HR metrics to support decision-making.
