We're Hiring: Digital Marketing & Content Manager Industry: Sports Footwear & Apparel Retail

About Us
We're a rapid-growing sports footwear and apparel business with a retail chain of 15+ stores across Delhi NCR and a growing e-commerce presence. We're looking for someone who can own our brand's voice, visuals and digital growth.
What you'll do
Social Media & Content
• Manage the brand's Instagram and LinkedIn end to end: content calendar, posting, captions, engagement
• Build and manage our founder's personal LinkedIn presence through thought-leadership posts and industry updates
• Create and promote store-level content for 15+ retail outlets: new arrivals, offers, store events, local promotions
• Write strong, on-brand copy for posts, reels, ads and campaigns Shoots & Reels
• Plan and execute product photo and video shoots
• Shoot and edit aesthetic, trend-led reels that drive reach and sales
• Maintain an organised gallery and media library of all product and brand assets Performance Marketing & E-commerce
• Plan,
run and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads for our e-commerce website
• Handle SEO: keyword research, on-page SEO, product page optimisation, Google Search Console
• Track performance (ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversions) and share monthly reports with clear next steps What we're looking for
• 1-4 years in digital marketing or social media, ideally for an e-commerce or D2C brand
• Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience with results you can show
• Strong content writing skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
• Good at photography and videography (camera and phone)
• Comfortable with editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro/VN, Lightroom, Canva
• A strong eye for aesthetics and current trends
• Bonus: experience in retail, fashion, sportswear or footwear
