Role Description The Associate Property Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations, including coordinating check-ins and check-outs, ensuring units are guest-ready, and monitoring housekeeping and maintenance activities. The role involves managing owner and guest communication, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring service standards are consistently met across assigned properties.



The Associate Property Manager will track occupancy and performance metrics, support pricing and inventory decisions, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and guest satisfaction. This role also includes conducting regular property inspections, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Qualifications
• Property operations and hospitality skills, including on-ground coordination, vendor management, and basic facilities oversight.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing owner relationships, guest interactions, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple properties, prioritize tasks, and address issues efficiently.
• Comfort with using technology platforms and dashboards for bookings, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Attention to detail and quality mindset to maintain high standards in property readiness and guest experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru with flexibility for weekend or evening schedules based on operational needs.
• Prior experience in property management, hospitality, or real estate operations is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is an advantage.
